Terms and conditions
Customers booking a stay via e-mail or phone will receive a deposit slip or voucher for a deposit of 30% of the total amount of accommodation to their e-mail address after booking. The deposit serves as a guarantee for the accommodation provider of the guest’s arrival and for the customer it means that the reservation is confirmed and valid once paid.
Cancel conditions
For cancellations made less than 5 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 30% of the total price of the stay (deposit amount).
If the customer cancels on the day of arrival, they will pay the 1st night of the booked stay and if they do not show up at all without giving any reason, they will pay the full amount of the booked stay.

1. Pricing and services
Indicative prices for accommodation and any additional services are given in the presentation materials (website, brochures, etc.). However, the customer is bound by the price stated in the accommodation voucher (hereinafter referred to as the voucher). For the scope of the contractually agreed services and prices, the breakdown in the voucher is binding. The accommodation provider is entitled to change the agreed conditions of stay in cases beyond its control.

2. Cancellation of stay by customer
The customer is entitled to cancel the order at any time before arrival. Cancellation of the stay requires a written electronic form (e-mail with delivery) to info@nadoline.cz. The date and time of when the email has been sent is decisive for determining the time of cancellation.
Individual cancellation fees may be negotiated for larger groups.
The accommodation provider will not charge the customer the above mentioned cancellation fees if they could not use the agreed services for the following reasons: death in the family, hospitalization of the customer or their family member, serious illness, call-up order, natural disaster. The customer is obliged to provide written proof of the aforementioned facts to the accommodation provider within three days of their occurrence.
3. Validity
These terms and conditions and cancellation policy are an integral part of the accommodation order and accommodation voucher.
