Do you need to rest? With us you are in the right place as you will find lots of activites and relaxation ideas. We offer you relaxation not only in the form of our wellness, but also in the form of sports. Not far from our accommodation is the Pustevny, where you can recharge your energy not only by walking, but also by the peaceful mountain environment. While you are there, it would be almost a sin not to visit the Radhost Mountain, which dominates this area. If you would prefer a cycling holiday, there are plenty of cycling trails in our surroundings that you can conveniently connect to.
Not a fan of cycling? Have you already cycled half of the Beskydy Mountains? Feel free to stay in our hotel and use our tennis courts, which are part of the hotel complex. We will lend you the necessary equipment. Or maybe you want to make some time for relaxation? The private sauna with a swimming pool and the outdoor whirlpool with a view of the Radhost massif are ideal for restoring physical and mental freshness.
The water you drink here is one of the best quality in the Beskydy Mountains. The springs on the slopes of Radhost supply our wells. The life-giving liquid is all around us and is a source of energy and refreshment for us and our guests. If you stay with us for several days, you will take a bottle of the most delicious Beskydy water home with you. You can also use the spring in the hotel grounds for a pleasant refreshment.
Via the nearby Pindula mountain saddle you can reach the other side of the Beskydy Mountains to Roznov pod Radhostem. The Wallachian open-air museum with traditional rural architecture and reminders of folk traditions and customs awaits you. You can also visit Jurkovic’s lookout tower above the town, a swimming pool or an amusement park. The town is also the crossroads of a number of cycling and hiking trails.
Frenstat pod Radhostem is also a cradle of Czech ski jumpers. Just a few kilometres from our hotel is the ski jumping area of Jiri Raska, who trained and competed here. From here you can follow a marked trail to the hill of Velky Javornik. From the top you can enjoy a breathtaking view of not only the Radhost ridge, but also surrounding towns.
By car, cycleway or on foot you will reach the valley station of the chairlift, which will take you to Pustevny. From there you will walk along the ridge to the statue of Radegast. On the way back you can choose one of the routes that will take you directly to our hotel. Adrenaline lovers can use scooters to return to the valley station of the chairlift.
Just a short walk from the valley station of the chairlift to Pustevny you will find the largest mountain rope park in the Czech Republic – Tarzanie. Test your courage, skill and dexterity in the treetops! Five routes are designed according to age and difficulty, for children, juniors, adults and seniors.
Do not forget to include Hukvaldy in your trip plans, the place where the famous composer Leoš Janáček was born and lived part of his life. The village boasts the largest castle ruin in Moravia, a romantic game reserve with fallow deer and mouflons, and a musical amphitheatre. Tourists are attracted by the bronze statue of the Cunning Little Vixen, which sits on a glacial erratic. No one should forget to stroke its tail for a few seconds, as legend has it that it brings good luck.
