You can always taste delicious homemade slivovitz (fruit spirit from plums), Wallachian kyselice (sauerkraut soup) or the local specialty kontrabáš from the hands of professionals who are inspired by the recipes of our ancestors while respecting modern cuisine. Our cuisine honours local ingredients, global trends and a professional approach to the craft.

Cuisine of Beskydy with a modern touch

The restaurant in traditional style of the Beskydy Mountains is the heart of our hotel. The goal of our cuisine is to bring you a quality gastronomy. Our kitchen has a permanent team of chefs who have gained experience in renowned foreign hotels or on luxury cruise ships crossing the oceans. We draw on regional cuisine, which we often view through a modern lens. We complement the dishes of our region, which were the source of energy for the hard work in the fields and forests, with lighter dishes inspired by contemporary gastronomic trends. We offer selected wines and beers to accompany our delicious meals.

Akce: Polopenze v ceně ubytování

Od 16. ledna do 14. dubna 2022 je v ceně ubytování zahrnuta polopenze při ubytování od neděle do čtvrtka (příp. ubytování kratší mezi těmito dny). Tato nabídka platí pouze při přímé objednávce přes rezervační systém na našem webu a neplatí pro služební pobyty ani ve státní svátky. Polopenze je servírovaná a nabízí výběr ze 4 jídel, z toho jedno bezmasé a jedno sladké.

Permanent menu

From 3 December 2020, the hotel restaurant is open to the public daily from 11:00 to 21:00, on Sundays until 20:00. Our permanent menu features local dishes, which we complement with lighter dishes inspired by current gastronomic trends. We offer selected wines from small wineries and Pilsner and Litovel beer to accompany our delicious meals. In the morning, we offer a breakfast buffet with regional products, which our guests remember even after they return home.
